I'm Tim — owner, lawn care professional, and the kind of guy who believes work is more than just a paycheck. It's about finding peace, building something real, and doing it better than most people expect.

Major Tim’s Ground Control started on a quiet afternoon, sitting on my mower and realizing I couldn’t spend my life stuck behind a desk or chasing another sales quota. I needed to be my own boss, to create my own future — one that let me breathe fresh air, build real connections, and work with my hands in a way that made sense to me.

With a background in the Army, retail management, and auto sales, I’ve seen a lot of different industries — and I knew there had to be a better way to serve people. Not with hype or high-pressure sales, but with real work, steady hands, and a commitment to doing things right the first time.

Major Tim’s Ground Control isn’t named for a military rank — it’s a nod to a great song, a reminder that every yard and every property is its own kind of mission. A mission to get it right.

Here, there are no long-term contracts, no pushy sales calls, and no shortcuts. Just a straightforward promise:
